Master Reiki Healer and Psychic Medium Jen is gifted with Clairsentience, Clairvoyance, Claircognizance, Clairaudience, and Clairgustance. Jennifer was always intuitive and aware of energy.

Jen is one of four siblings. She was born in the Bronx and still resides there to this day. Her dad was Polish, Russian, and Jewish and her mom is Italian and Catholic making her Polish, Russian, Italian, Jewish, and Catholic. She is a single mom to three teenaged girls and a fur mama to four cats, one of which she agreed to watch for a few weeks which has turned into a long-term commitment.

Jen was conceived out of rape. Her mother chose life and Jen was born on September 15th. Her mission on Earth is to help and is in every way so grateful for her gifts. She is eager to heal everyone and shows no judgment. Her empathy is not limited to just humans, but all beings and she is a pescatarian. Jen was raised as a Catholic but does not identify with any religion, however, she walks with Jesus. Her earliest memory goes back to when she was just six months old; she intuitively knew her mother was troubled and that she was there to save her. Currently, Jen has a wonderful and loving relationship with her mom. When she was eight years old, Mother Mary appeared to her, warning her that her life was going to get more difficult, but that she would be there by her side. Shortly after the vision, Jen started to experience demon attacks. She was sexually abused by her stepfather from the ages of 10-12. Although Jen reported the abuse, it was dismissed as being a dream. She learned coping mechanisms on her own, to heal from the trauma. This traumatic experience is the most substantial reason that Jen uses her gifts to heal others.

When Jen was married, she experienced infidelity, domestic violence, emotional, and verbal abuse. Since her divorce in 2012, Jen has been raising her 3 girls independently. When Jen started dating again, she entered into an unhealthy relationship with a narcissistic abuser. When she built up the strength to leave, she reevaluated her life. This was the rock bottom that triggered her spiritual

awakening. Jen was always aware of the energies, but this turning point helped her enter into a new chapter in her spiritual journey. She recognized that she needed to love herself, and she sought out spiritual healing. She was introduced to Karen Noe, her teacher and mentor.

Noe taught Jen how to use her powerful gifts. Eager to learn, Jen took numerous courses in Mediumship, Reiki, Astrology, Dreams, Chinese Medicine, Chakras, Crystals, and Connecting with Angels. Jen is certified in Reiki 1, Reiki 2, and Hypnosis. She is a certified Reiki Master, White Light Healer, Master Healer, and Angel Quest Practitioner. She has also dabbled in Shamanism and Kundalini Yoga. Jen went from being a victim, to a survivor, to being a warrior. Through spirituality and guidance, Jen learned that forgiveness is the best healer. The core of healing from your trauma is, albeit hard, the act of forgiving your abusers and understanding that they are pawns in your journey to becoming a warrior. Jen believes that everything happens for a reason. She feels that she went through all of the chapters of abuse In her life so that she could help everyone else suffering abuse become warriors.

In 2014, Jen founded Jen’s Healing Energy Inc with the goal to help heal the world and continue to bring peace and love through spiritual healing. Jen’s dedication has paid off, and her gifts are now recognized. She was invited to appear on Staten Island TV as a co-host and guest on “Soulmate Talk.”, “Spiritual Exploration”, and “God’s Way”. Jen has maintained a large following on her Instagram, @JensHealingEnergy, where she spreads love and light.
