Reiki Master Jen leads a monthly group meeting (on the first and third Wednesday of each month) with Jen’s Healing Energy Tribe Soul Family. Once everyone is seated in a circle, she starts by lighting sage to clear the energies. The meditation has a different theme each month, it is selected by Jen for the highest good of everyone there. Jen plays a 25-40 minute guided meditation that fits the monthly theme. During which she sends out healing energy. Once the mediation has concluded everyone, if comfortable, shares how they felt and what they saw, Jen will clarify your visions and help you piece together what it means. It’s very interesting to see how what you saw or felt is connected to someone else in the circle. After everyone has shared, the group discusses the monthly theme Jen ends by saying a relevant prayer to close. Each group meeting ends with an optional group hug.
