~Cancellations/Rescheduling~
All sessions require full payment at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must contact Jen’s Healing Energy at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
• Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled, with the payment applied as a credit toward a future session.
• Appointments canceled within 24 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
Refund Policy
All sessions—both in-person and online—are non-refundable.
No exceptions.
