8 hrs (Including a 1-hour lunch break), In this workshop, you will learn how to perform Reiki. Reiki Attunement 1 is about aligning yourself to the life force, self-healing, and maintaining your own energy. Attunements are administered by a Reiki Master, this class is taught by Reiki Master Jen. An attunement is akin to receiving an energetic upgrade. Please come prepared with a notepad and pen, course materials will be supplied. This course is offered in a Pink Himalayan Salt Room, you will benefit from the healing environment while learning!
