Jen sends all of her clients a Pre Session Preparation and After Session Care guide. Most importantly, have an open mind and be prepared to receive healing. Also, after your session, you have to drink water.
Jen recommends that you drink lots of water after your session to wash away the released build-up of toxins and remove them from the body. Experiencing thirst after a Reiki treatment is healthy, it’s your body letting you know it’s working hard to flush away unwanted toxins.
It is strongly recommended that you do not bring someone with you however, you are more than welcome to have someone accompany you, but they will have to stay in the waiting room during your session.
