Every Full Moon Jen, Master Reiki Healer and Psychic Medium, hosts a Full Moon Release Ceremony. The Moon’s energies are most powerful when it is full. A Full Moon also signifies a new cycle. Jen utilizes these energies in a Fire Release Ceremony. Everyone present is able to release what no longer serves them. In the spirit of a new cycle, Jen leads everyone in setting positive intentions for the future. The atmosphere is of love and light and everyone is encouraged to outwardly reassure themselves that the ceremony will work for them. This reassurance is known as a mental affirmation which helps to overcome self-sabotaging or negative thoughts. This event is led by Jen and held either in a Pink Himalayan Salt room or at a Fire Pit.

The Full Moon Ceremony that Jen held was truly an unforgettable experience. I believe that the ceremony did work for me because moving forward I noticed the small changes in my life that had been coming together in my favor. I have never done anything like the Full Moon Ceremony before, and I would love to participate in one again!
